LabDSV now sponsors three R packages:
labdsv is the original package for ecological data analysis and ordination.
fso is the package for fuzzy set ordination amd multidimensional fiuzzy set ordination
optpart is a package for optimal paritioning, maximal clique analysis, and maximally compact sets analysis
The current labdsv and fso packages for R are available for linux/unix/Windows at CRAN:
http://www.cran.r-project.org.
optpart is under active development and should be available at CRAN soon (currently 1/08).
